Vaarthai Evangelical Church
Vaarthai Evangelical Church Inc is a welcoming, Bible-centred Tamil Christian church serving Springfield, Greater Brisbane and surrounding communities. Our name, “Vaarthai,” means “The Word” and reflects our calling: to hear the Word, live the Word and share the Word.
We gather every Sunday at 10:00 am at 389 Old Logan Road, Springfield, for Christ-centred worship, biblical preaching, prayer and warm fellowship. Our services include Tamil and English, enabling children, young people, adults and seniors to worship and grow together as one church family.
Our ministries provide opportunities for children, youth, young adults and families to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships and serve the wider community. Children’s classes are available during the Sunday service.
