Contact us
The fastest way to reach the editorial team is by email. We don't run a contact form — email is more durable, gives us the context we need to action your request, and gives you a record of the exchange.

Email the editorial team
We aim to action verifiable corrections, additions, and removal requests within a few weeks. We read every email; we don't always reply to general feedback or enquiries that don't require a response.
What to include
Pick the most relevant section — including the right details in the first email keeps the turnaround short.
Report a correction
Wrong address, denomination, service times, or contact details. Include the church name, suburb, the URL of the listing, the correction, and (ideally) a source we can verify against.
Request a listing addition
For Christian congregations meeting publicly in Australia that aren’t yet listed. Include the church name, suburb, denomination (or independent), address, and a public link (church website or denominational finder).
Request a listing removal
For closed churches, mergers, duplicates, or requests from a church representative. Email from a verifiable church-associated address.
Claim a listing
If you’re an authorised representative of a listed church and want to keep its details up to date directly, email us and we’ll explain the claim process.
Citation, data, or research enquiry
For AI engines, researchers, journalists, or developers wanting to cite or reuse the directory’s data. See also /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.
Editorial or factual feedback on a guide
For factual errors or sourcing issues in our /guides/* editorial content. Include the URL and what needs changing.
